Point Loma Real Estate Search

The place where Spanish explorer Juan Cabrillo first spotted land in 1542 is still one of the most visited spots in San Diego with its spectacular views of the Pacific and the city. Sitting high above the entrance to San Diego Bay, Point Loma's well known landmark is the Cabrillo National Monument and Park which includes the Old Point Loma Lighthouse where visitors can tour the lighthouse that guided ships through the San Diego Bay from 1855 to 1891. To the north you can see miles of San Diego beach; to the west, the Pacific Ocean; to the east, San Diego Bay; and to the south, the downtown San Diego skyline, Coronado Island and Mexico.
